The hotel is conveniently located near a mall with a 24-hour MacDonald's and 7Eleven, providing easy access to food and basic necessities. It is also close to the Hunghom station, making it convenient for travelers to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied, providing a great start to the day. Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle service to nearby locations, allowing guests to save on transportation costs.

The air-conditioning in the room was not cleaned properly, resulting in a musty smell and unhealthy air quality.

Staying here was an enjoyable experience. The location is great, situated near a shopping mall and close to the train station heading towards China. The staff were accommodating, offering room service, car hire and tours/ticket assistance. The room was well-maintained with good amenities, including free Wi-Fi, separate shower and bath, and mini-bar. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa facilities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a few nights and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. It is conveniently situated next to the train station, making it incredibly easy to explore nearby cities like China. Additionally, the hotel is located right by a shopping mall, which was perfect for satisfying my retail therapy cravings. But what really took my breath away were the breathtaking views of the harbor. I could sit on the terrace for hours, soaking in the stunning scenery of the harbor and the city skyline.

I did notice that the staff could use some improvement in terms of their customer service skills. While they were friendly, I felt that they could benefit from learning international standards of customer service.

I had a great stay at Harbour Plaza. The location was convenient, right next to the Hung Hom train station and various bus options. The highlight was definitely the Harbour Club with its free drinks and appetizer buffet, not to mention the fine view of Victoria Harbor. The staff were professional and pleasant throughout my stay. I do wish the hotel would update the tired furnishings and eliminate the musty smell, but overall I would still recommend this hotel.
